2. Eligibility & Registration

Who Can Join:

  • Must have a valid email address and phone number
  • Must have a legitimate website, social media presence, or marketing channel
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Must not engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices

Registration Process:

  • Complete the affiliate application form
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Wait for approval (typically 24-48 hours)
  • Receive your unique affiliate links and tracking codes

3. Commission Structure

Commission Calculation:

  • Commissions are calculated on net sales (after refunds and chargebacks)
  • Self-referrals and purchases are not eligible for commissions

  • Recurring commissions apply to subscription renewals

4. Payment Terms

Payout Schedule & Requirements:

  • Minimum Payout: ₹500 (Five Hundred Rupees)
  • Processing Time: Within 24 hours of request
  • Weekend Policy: Requests made on weekends processed on next business day
  • Payment Method: UPI transfers only
  • Currency: All payments in Indian Rupees (INR)

Payment Process:

  • Request payout through your affiliate dashboard
  • Provide valid UPI ID for payment processing
  • Receive confirmation email with transaction details
  • Payment processed within stated timeframes
  • Transaction history maintained in your dashboard

Ensure your UPI ID is active and correct. Payments to inactive or incorrect UPI IDs may result in delays. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect payment information provided by affiliates.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Approved Marketing Methods:

  • Content marketing through blogs and websites
  • Social media promotion (organic posts)
  • Email marketing to your own subscribers
  • YouTube and video content creation
  • Paid advertising (with prior approval)
  • Webinars and educational content

Prohibited Activities:

  • Spam emails or unsolicited communications
  • Misleading or false advertising claims
  • Trademark or copyright infringement
  • Incentivized traffic or fake clicks
  • Adult content or illegal activities
  • Direct trademark bidding in paid search

6. Account Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

🚨 Zero Tolerance Fraud Policy

Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. This includes but is not limited to fake traffic, click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any form of deceptive practices.

We Monitor For:

  • Suspicious traffic patterns and click behavior
  • Unusual conversion rates or activity spikes
  • Self-referrals and friends/family purchases
  • Trademark violations and brand misuse
  • Compliance with promotional guidelines

Investigation Process:

  • Automated systems flag suspicious activities
  • Manual review of flagged accounts
  • Affiliate notification and opportunity to respond
  • Final decision within 48 hours of investigation
  • Appeals process available for disputed cases

7. Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Termination:

  • Violation of any terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Inactivity for more than 180 days
  • Failure to maintain quality standards
  • Breach of confidentiality agreements

Termination Process:

  • Email notification of termination
  • Immediate suspension of affiliate links
  • Final payout of legitimate earned commissions
  • Removal of access to affiliate materials
  • 30-day period to download reports and data

8. Intellectual Property

Usage Rights:

  • Limited license to use our trademarks and logos
  • Access to approved marketing materials
  • Usage must comply with brand guidelines
  • No modification of provided materials without permission

Restrictions:

  • Cannot register domains with our trademarks
  • Cannot create misleading brand associations
  • Must discontinue use upon termination
  • Cannot sublicense rights to third parties

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Affiliate Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for own marketing activities and expenses
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Liable for any damages caused by misconduct
  • Must maintain professional standards in promotions

Company Limitations:

  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Limited liability to unpaid commission amounts
  • No guarantee of earnings or traffic volumes
  • Right to modify terms with 30 days notice

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Data Handling:

  • Personal data processed according to privacy policy
  • Tracking data used for commission calculation
  • Regular data backups and security measures
  • Right to request data deletion upon termination

Confidentiality:

  • Commission rates and program details are confidential
  • Cannot share login credentials or access
  • Must protect customer information and data
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

11. Program Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure with 30 days written notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notifications.
