Never send broker passwords, OTPs, TOTP secrets or API secrets to us by email, chat or the contact form. Our team will never ask you for them.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send through the contact form or support chat.
- Account and usage data: information needed to provide the platform, such as app version, device type, browser, and basic activity and error logs.
- Broker connection data: if you connect a broker, the credentials, tokens or API keys you enter in the app are used only to let the software connect to your broker and perform the actions you enable.
- Payment information: where payments are offered, they are handled by third-party payment providers. If you submit a UPI payment reference through our website, we collect the selected plan, amount, transaction reference and contact details to review the payment. We do not ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, full card number or bank password.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the website, web terminal, desktop and Android apps.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To process purchases, refunds and account access, where applicable.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, email and payment providers (including Google Firebase services), and only as needed for them to perform those services.
