By accessing or using Dark Logic Algo you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The service
Dark Logic Algo provides software that lets you configure and automate trading rules through supported broker accounts. Features, supported brokers and platforms may change over time. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and legally permitted to trade in securities and derivatives where you live. You must hold your own account with a supported broker.
Your account and broker connection
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys and devices secure.
- You authorise the software to place orders in your broker account according to the settings you configure.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and connection.
- Use of a broker's API is also subject to that broker's own terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation or to breach exchange or broker rules.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where a licence explicitly allows it.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not share paid access with others unless your plan permits it.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Dark Logic Algo does not provide investment advice or guarantee any result. You use the software at your own risk. Please read our Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, brand and content belong to Dark Logic Algo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own trading, subject to these terms. Any source code we publish is governed by the licence stated with it.
Payments and refunds
Where paid plans are offered, you agree to pay the fees shown at purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Dark Logic Algo is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the platform, other users or to comply with law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
